I love the body, it's so cute!! And yet I'm even more impressed by the customer service I've received. This is my first BJD, and I have no idea what I'm doing so I accidentally detached the chest from the body. I contacted the seller who offered to send me a tutorial so I can reattach the chest. I can imagine a lot of sellers not answering any questions once a sale is completed. Not so with this seller!! They are so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

The CPU I purchased was very well packaged. A small case with foam padding inside was protecting the processor from any shifting in transit, and the case was thoroughly padded with packing material inside the box. Item arrived in perfect physical condition. A+ When I was unable to get the processor working after extensive troubleshooting, I informed the seller and was promptly issued a full refund. Good customer service!
