The item arrived on time. I was not satisfied, although the photo looked pretty close to the image on my screen, but as you know screens present different degrees of dark and light as well as contrast. I contacted Ramos Photo Store and explained that it seemed washed out. There was absolutely no problem. I was sent a new photo which was very nice. I was also very nice of them to provide great service.

Just what I expected. Nice print. Good price. Happy to find it on eBay. Curiously, I ordered the same image previously from who I thought was a different vendor and the print was flawed. So, I ordered the image again from who I thought was a different vendor, but it came from the same address--AllPrints4u.com, PO Box 621059, Oviedo, FL 32762. Haven't yet looked to see if I was charged for both.
