The card I got was packaged with extremely good care to ensure it would be delivered smoothly, and without shaking around a flimsy envelope. It's a clean good looking card that was as advertised, in gem if not pristine condition. I think there was really good value to be had in my card purchase through them in terms of what I was getting. Recent issue baseball card, "New" as described, arrived later than anticipated - 18 days. Mostly a USPS problem, but item was not timely shipped - "packaged" 4 days after transaction and shipped a couple days after that.
