I was accidentally sent the wrong part and they handled it very well. The part was actually in amazing condition and the shipping time was great. They gave me a full refund and offered to send me the correct part if I wanted but I had already ordered it elsewhere. I bought three items from them and asked to have it shipped in one box to save on shipping cost which it did by abought half and they refunded me the savings which made it worth the purchase considering it came from Canada I plan on getting more parts and getting it at one time to make it a good deal

When the item was delivered there was a missing part and I reached out to the seller right away and they refunded me an amount that was more than I was asking. They acknowledged their fault right away and didn’t stop until I was satisfied with the refund. Good customer service!
