For 2000-Present Modern Cards: I try my best to remove all the cards that aren't NM or better, but sometimes there are a few that slilp through the cracks and get listed. Expect a card in at least NM condition, with most cards I sell exceeding this grade. This means, set your expectations that the card you receive is in this condition.
