Cost is involved. Then I have free shipping on all of my items, The shipping is not free for me it is paid out of the sales price. So if someone offers me $7 for an item. I have to pay shipping out of that $7, pay for the cost of the item, then ebay fees, it would be a loss. So please understand and not get offended when I decline low offers. It's just business.

The post office lost the item . The seller was very happy to communicate with me about the situation. The seller refunded my money . I will most definitely do business with this seller again.
