Received a well packaged New power pack AC-DC ! As described in ad, and works with very little heat generated by the power pack itself! Slightly warm to the touch working at 3 amps using a plug in load tester .5 amps from peak out put of this power pack is actually a little better than that, pushing almost 3.67amps at 11.88dcv ! The lights are exactly as described and work great. They were packaged and shipped within a couple of days, but UPS lost them in transit. Customer service from the seller was awesome while dealing with the missing package. They were responsive and willing to work with me. Ultimately, UPS did deliver my package.
