Shipping was incredibly slow- it took 19 days to be delivered- i contacted the seller twice about shipping- first time no response (item was marked shipped-untracked) I waited an appropriate time for delivery & when it was not delivered a week + later- I sent a second message asking for tracking info- again no response item was updated to tracking # (which was the date it was actually shipped) packaging was good, it works as described and overall good value- communication could be better thanks.

Item was as shown in the pictures but the description was wrong; listed as women's size boots but the boots were in men's size. I knew this beforehand which is why I purchased but something to keep in mind. Shipping was within the specified 5 day handling time but the package shipped with Ground Advantage instead of Priority as stated. Packaging was snug and acceptable. Overall satisfied as this was a harder-to-find size and the price was good for the condition they were in.

Dude doesn't have the best feedback on Ebay and it's hard to see why. Flawless transaction really. Shipped a card immediately across the US and arrived sooner than dozens of other things I've bought locally. Item was exactly as described. Maybe listing could have better pictures, but the item was great. Would buy again any time.
