Very well packed, especially for such a large order of stemware. Shipping was fast and very fair priced, considering the insurance cost for replacing if something went wrong in transport. The glassware was exactly as described and perhaps better. A little cleaning will solve that issue quickly, but the quality shines through on these glasses. These will go a long was to completing the set to go with the famimly china set. Great vendor, and thank you for parting with them. 5 stars.
