The shipping was prompt and on time, and the item was as described. However, it was broken upon arrival. The item was in it's original box, which was placed within another box. Perhaps more padding to keep the original box from shifting about within the shipping box would have made a difference. The shipper was prompt in responding, and I had a full refund the next day. It was an awesome value, as the price was reasonable, however, unusable as received.
