Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about this seller!! The price point was perfect, they shipped my item quickly, and her packaging was excellent! USPS lost the package for about a month, which wasn't in any way the seller's fault. The only reason I mention it is because they took so much time and care in calling USPS and ensuring it got to me! My daughter’s doll’s (nearly identical to this one) leg broke off. She had it several years, but still liked it. She was glad when I found another one. It was new, just as described, with no flaws. With shipping, the price was the same as some at Walmart which was a plus for us, since this same doll is no longer available. It shipped, being packed well, and was here in just a few days. Cons: Shipping was slower than expected (not necessarily seller's fault). The item I received isn't the one shown in the listing's photos. The horn is smaller, the hair is matted but I think it can be salvaged. Pros: The item was wrapped and packaged well and arrived securely. The seller responded quickly to questions and had great communication. Otherwise, its in great condition: no tears, stains or smells.
