The item was great and my son absolutely loved it! That was not the issue at all, as we got what we paid for. The problem was lack of communication and shipping itself. I paid on May 3, and when I reached out a few days later the seller said they’d ship it that day or the next, and would provide tracking info. That didn’t happen, i finally reached out a wk later and seller said they’d ship hadn’t shipped yet. Had I not reached out, my son would still be waiting…unacceptable!
