For disc - absolutely clean with no scratches, scuffing, or fingerprints. excellent (ex): for packaging - no damage, but a very slight amount of wear from handling; perhaps some fingerprints or very light creasing on the edges. For disc - barely visible wear from handling such as a fingerprint or a couple of very small hairline scratches; guaranteed to play fine. very good (vg): For packaging - minor but noticeable wear/fraying on the edges. Any damage such as cracks or stains will be noted. For disc - a few light but noticeable scratches or scuffmarks; but has been tested & is guaranteed to play fine. Well, where do I begin? I got the book yesterday, it was sent very quickly and was very well packaged. It was the right book, but it wasn't in the condition that was described. Needless to say I was disappointed, so I reached out to the seller. In less than one day, they got back to me and gave me a refund minus shipping and a very nice message. The pkg should have been recieved on Jan 2, but USPS delivered to the wrong address. With help from my management office, USPS, and ESPECIALLY the Seller, it is now in hand, albeit 2 days later than expected. Beautifully packaged, product appears as described though I have not yet played the DVDs. Would definitely recommend this Seller, good products and speedy reply to request for assistance.
