On the rim there is 1 small chip and 2 others that seem more like abrasion spots. All 3 appear equidistant, and I wonder if they are from the firing, i.e. from a kiln stilt. There are separation cracks in the interior center at base of tube. There is some crazing on the interior walls also. In the center region between the bowls, there are tiny black grainy specks in the glaze. I believe it to be kiln dust debris. See photos and ask questions. condition question was not an issue...... it had been rubbed a long time ago. Old EAPG is soft and manufacturing issues on someting 190 yeas old was probably done then! Very Very happy and having fun with new purchase! Seller noticed what look like a chip on rim on piece advertised as perfect and contacted me I understood his concern but as one knowledgeable with EAPG this was not an issue nd plesed to pay full price. Great seller!
