Dia_9699 is the type of seller that all sellers should be like on eBay. The coffee pot had a fair price and looked in good condition. Just before they shipped it they saw a coffee stain that wouldn't come off and notified us of it and even offered to reduce the price if we found it too much. It was fine, we kept the coffee pot.
