Sadly, the package was damaged in transit (no fault of the seller--shipper took responsibility). Since it was a gift, I was not privy to the condition of the pkg until it was too late to document the damage. BUT--the seller was very quick to step up and not only be apologetic about the experience, but (shocked me) immediately refunded the cost of the item. With all that said, I will definitely look to purchase from this seller in the future and highly recommend buying from them. They went above

The photos online did not show just how pretty these earrings are. They are listed as used but look brand new. The shipping was free. I used the "make an offer" option and it was accepted; good value. The packaging was the best I have seen in a while. It was wrapped in ebay tissue paper, which I didn't know existed, inside a nice sturdy box. The box was then in a plastic mailer. This seller is marked as a favorite.

At first, seller sent wrong item, I reached out and within 24 hours seller had answered. She sent my correct item out immediately and told me to keep, donate or sell the one she accidently sent. She definitely made it right! Shorts were as described, good value and shipping was quick!
