Condition : For being nearly 75 years old this 8" ashtray is in acceptable condition. There are plenty of little scratches on the bottom. But there are a few deeper scratches on one of the corners. But you can only see these scratches when the light is pointed at it directly. There is one tiny chip that I noticed that I was able to get a close up photo of. This chip is in photo #23. The deep scratches on one of the corners is focused on in photo #21. You might notice that in some photos the ashtray appears to change color or you may think I'm taking photographs of 2 different ashtrays. But it's just the lighting or the flash of the camera. Some times it looks like a dark yellow, other times it appears to be a dark orange. The first 5 photos are good snap-shots that captured the ashtray's natural color. Overall the condition is good. It's better than fair. Remember, it has no cracks or chunks missing or any repairs done to it. Only scratches and tiny chips. It's still a stunning ashtray. But it's not excellent or great condition, very good or just simply good condition is the best way to describe it's condition. It was founded in 1902 in Washington, Pennsylvania, as the merger of four companies: Details: Lovely Moroccan Honey Amber glass, and it has a Reuleaux Triangle design with 3 slots that are the width of normal sized cigar but any cigarette will fit in the slots as well . Its from the 1950's. They're discontinued and considered collectibles now. Great retro mid-century decoration.
