Size 10 was ordered but a UK size 14 has been delivered. I understand that this item is a US size 10 but I live in the UK. The seller has come back to me to offer me a refund and to post back. I think for £10 it’s not worth paying the postage price to send back. Should be listed more accurately on the description

The electric hot water bottle was advertised as new but the box had been opened and resealed and had an old postage label on it so hopefully it will be ok, I haven’t tried it out yet as the weather has turned hot. It looks nice though and soft.
