A++++ experience!! At first, I rec'd the wrong jacket & notified the seller. Seller responded immediately & apologetically & then shipped the correct jacket out very fast. The icing on the cake was that seller told me to keep the 1st jacket, at no cost!! Certainly, above & beyond their responsibility. Quite impressive!! I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Finally.... After 25 days stuck in the USPS system I received the 🧥 jacket 🙂 It was mailed and packed very well not damaged at all. Delay was absolutely no fault of the Seller. I’m very happy with the item and the seller was very fast with getting the item shipped out. The mail system strikes delayed the delivery for a week but that’s of no fault to the seller. The item itself when it arrived was well packaged and exactly how described. The price was also great. 10/10 seller.
