I received my item 2 weeks after ordering. This was no problem since I was not in a rush. Packaging was done well. I ordered 9 items and am very happy with 7 of the items. They were exactly as described. The two remaining items I had a problem with and contacted the seller to discuss. The seller very quickly addressed my issue and refunded the cost of the 2 items. I am pleased with the courtesy of seller and the value. I would buy from this seller again. An over all very good experience.

I'm completely delighted with this counted cross stitch piece. As someone who has done this craft on linen, I recognize the quality of workmanship and the skill, time and effort required to achieve it. Item is nicer than described, item was very carefully packaged to protect the needlework and the glass, and shipment was timely...all in all, a perfect transaction.
