You offered to refund even without our return although that will be unnecessary. Our in laws made a surprise visit we offered your cookies, which they LOVED. Rack shelf was shipped in it's original box which had zero protection other than a plastic bag. Box arrived smashed. A corner of the mounting surface was bent. I bent it back with pliers to save myself time and aggravation. Presale inquiry about combined shipping was met with a useless canned response. Zoro appears to be a robotic distribution service with no meaningful customer service. Would not buy from them again.
