Slow to ship. Purchased on 02/14. Shipping label was created 2 hrs later on 02/14. Item wasn't dropped off until 02/19. Poor packaging. Single walled shoe boxes will not hold up well with the new automated mail handling systems that the USPS are switching over to. Shoe box arrived torn open. Luckily the bag was still in the box when delivered. Also there is a tad more damage to the purse than shown in supplied photos. Can't complain to much considering the low price it was purchase for.

Unfortunately, the piece arrived broken apart, but I received a full refund, fast shipping, and prompt contact from the seller for the issue and return/refund. Item was wrapped in plastic bags, bubble wrap, and packing paper.
