I was excited when I found this product at such a reasonable price. I waited past the expected due date of delivery and became concerned when it had not arrived. After requesting an update, I was told that there was an issue with the product being shipped to my home and that I would not be receiving it. I was disappointed in not getting the product but more so that the seller did not reach out to inform me until I started a formal request for a refund which was completed efficiently.
