USPS hadn’t scanned that they received them. I reached out to the seller and they were AMAZING! Apologetic, attentive, proactive with reaching out to the post office and getting to the bottom of everything. This was an example of the absolute best customer service experience. Communication was great and frequent. Updating me every time there was any news, all the way until they were delivered. And they are gorgeous boots. Better than the picture. I will definitely recommend this seller! Amazing!

Not sure who packaged the cups, but they/he/she did a great job. The shipping carton had clearly been run over (tire tracks) including over the "fragile" sticker and had been ripped also. I took photos during each unwrapping process, as I was sure some of the cups had to be broken. But the carton, paper, second carton with Styrofoam, bubble wrap around each cup which had been wrapped and stuffed with paper, worked wonders. All five cups arrived safe and sound. I still can hardly believe it.

My salt and pepper shakers arrive today. They were very well packaged and they arrived in pristine condition. They are absolutely beautiful. They are as described and I am so happy with my purchase. I highly recommend the seller and I would definitely purchase more items from the shop again A+ rating!
