Seller graciously and professionally handled a bad situation caused by USPS. Item was shipped and tracked thru the USPS tracking system, then mysteriously just stopped moving somewhere in the Omaha, Nebraska USPS system. After 2 weeks of transit, I contacted the seller who immediately refunded my money. I'm not sure that was technically required of them, but is greatly appreciated and a sign of a top-notch seller. Not a big fan of the shipping cost as it came close to the actual cost of the item itself. Everything did come as advertised, upon testing it, it didn’t fully work (volume/channel didn’t make any noise when pressed) Seller did say it wasn’t tested so not false advertising. A little tinkering got it brand new. Overall liked how realistic it is
