Item arrived broken but likely from rough handling due to Christmas shipping and handling. No fault of seller. Item was just as described and adorable. Seller immediately refunded me no questions asked, I did provide pictures. Did not even ask for me to pay to ship pay at me expense. Seller was very accommodating. Only thing that would have me happier was if item made here in one piece lol 😆

Items were shipped promptly and the envelope the stencils were shipped in contained a piece of stiff cardboard to protect them. The items were just as described. Item price and shipping cost was reasonable. I would order from this seller again.
