The item in the picture advertises was not the item I received. The Velcro was not with the order as shown in the picture which made the item unusable.They did communicate with me and gave me a return label. I shipped the item back but I had to contact eBay to get a refund. eBay stated that they are a great company. There was just a misunderstanding in communication. In the end everything turned out fine.

Item came the next day after ordering and was packaged for a safe delivery. Item is as described. Fits in the space under queen size bed which has only a little over 5" clearance.
