Bag Was in a boxed package. Appeared to be backpack. But actually crossbody purse. Contacted seller. She was very apologetic. Excellent communication. I proposed and we decided on 50% refund and I would keep the bag. ( she offered 100% return if I’d like ) very swift refund. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from her again. A+ seller.

OMG! If I could do Positive+ I would. Shipping and packaging were great. The wallet is beyond my expectations and better than described. It was not sold as new but it is. I love it. I had to contact the seller, about the listing, and she responded immediately. I highly recommend this seller.

Wonderful sweater at an amazing price. Shipping was done quickly and very reasonably priced. Item description details were just a little off as there is no zipper but I figured that out from the photos and was not surprised. Excellent seller and would buy again!
