Shipping was prompt, the item was very well packed, the item received was exactly what was described and shown in photos. There was a small chip in the glass / crystal that I cannot confirm was there prior to shipping because the item and photos were removed from the website, but its not a deal-breaker and expected from an older item. Overall a good value.
