The toothbrush was exactly as described. It was wrapped in the original wrapping but when I charged it per the instructions for twenty four hours it never charged! I contacted the seller and they had me return it with a full refund. I don't feel like this was the sellers problem but with the manufacturer. I won't hesitate in purchasing from this seller as he quickly responded in me returning the item and refunding me with no hesitation.
