Item shipped and arrived very quickly; packed very well, no signs of damage. After being installed it took a very long time after charging began before showing any signs of increasing its charge from zero Wh. Seller quick to communicate about defective unit. Eventually charge but then couldn't hold charge and eventually lost more than half its charge capacity when not plugged into power supply. Seller extremely quick to respond and helpful to provide refund. 5 STARS for this seller!!!

Once the item was received I realized that the color was very different from the way it was represented in the listing. The seller was extremely accommodating and made a full refund once the returned item was received.
