Bought fragile porcelain before. Some sellers don’t put it in a robust box and don’t wrap it carefully ensuring no the item is properly protected from the box crumpling in transit. Some not even write on the box that the item is fragile. It should be obvious and It’s heartbreaking and disappointing when the item arrives broken and then the seller needs to issue a refund. Not this time and not this seller item is as described and arrived in perfect condition having been well wrapped. So happy!

Communication was great. Shipping time was great. Package was fragile and marked as such a few times on the box. “Popcorn “ was also used inside the box. Great experience all around.
