I purchased a soup tureen that unfortunately arrived with a broken under plate that seller immediately refunded that part of my order, but did not have another under plate. She offered to give me a full refund, but I thought I’d try and find a replacement for the broken piece. Wasn’t optimistic though . But, this underplaye was available at a fair price, so kismet. It matched beautifully, arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

Shipping was fast. All items were there, and packed extremely well. After a close inspection, all items were checked for damage. They were exactly as described. All 9 cups and saucers were a better value here, than at the one, at the major warehouse, which usually has any extra pieces such as platers and serving bowls ware.
