Divided dinner plates (set of 5) were as described & packaged securely. Ordered March 20 from Brooklyn, NY and arrived in N/VA ten days later, March 30. Sent a message via ebay to Seller after several days when tracking status showed not yet picked up from NY for shipping... never heard back. Eventually item arrived in perfect condition.
