Product came as described and packaged very well. The shipping cost is nuts! Shame on New York! However this was explained in the description which is why I didn't give 1 star. Seller communicated within a timely manner and shipped the product quickly. My only feedback is to make sure to clean the product before packaging. Even for a used item it is nice to get things that are already cleaned up and wiped down. Otherwise, great experience! Item is super cute!
