Although the item hasn’t arrived. The seller went above & beyond to try to find out where the package was. They were unable to find out any info & so issued a refund. They had excellent communication throughout. All the checked items in the feedback are checked already, not by me. But I feel the seller deserves positive feedback because of how they handled the missing package situation.
