We are very pleased with the product sent. Shipping was a bit slow and it arrived late however, that was the post offices fault and not the vendor. Packaging was done very well and the product was not damaged. The item was just as described, except the straps were in knots for some reason, however, it was easy to undo and did not affect the product. The price was amazingly low too.
