Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick. However the package was wrapped messily and suspiciously. I shipped this to my mother and law and she would not open it due to the looks of the package. The price of the item was great. Shipping was a little high to me but I needed the dish. The item was intact and exactly what I ordered.
