Delighted to have found these beautiful glasses to replace chipped and cracked ones from an identical set that I've had for 50 years. Very reasonably priced and promptly shipped. Seller did a meticulous job of wrapping, padding and packing them for shipment, but Fed Ex was not nearly as careful and managed to shatter one of the four glasses in transit. Seller addressed the problem very promptly and offered a full refund for the shattered one. I'm happily keeping the other three.

Wow! Amazing customer service experience! Fast shipping and packaging for the ultimate in protection. The mug was perfect as described. This mug was originally given to me 15+ years ago and it broke. I didn’t think another was still out there. I was very happy. The value of this mug was to have my coffee each day.
