   to a great e-bay seller that looked into our problem . and made it wright. for a long time period none movement shipping package trying to trace its existence for many days It Showed only Waiting for USPS to pick up. in Brooklyn NY from dec 28untill the 9th of January when it was first time up dated tracking in Philadelphia it arrived on January 13th Monday at 5;45 pm it was boxed well . and made its safe to Calif. i appreciate the back and forth speedy information you sent me, A++++++

   Thank you for the cookies. They arrived quickly and were securely packaged and shipped. Thank you again for the great packing because the box took a great hit ( box end was forced inward about one and a half inches ) that did not damage the cookies tin. Cookies are a gift to my wife and a graduating neighbor. Great customer service and communication. I am a new customer who highly recommends the seller.

   We are happy with the seller, the quality of the product and the timeliness with which it was shipped. Unfortunately, the shipping service did not ring our doorbell or knock on the door to let us know the item had arrived. This is a perishable item and it sat outside in the Arizona summer heat. Is there a way to notify the shipping service that they need to do better?
