I happily give Jak's Closet 5/5 stars and if I could give 10/5 stars, I would! But it's a funny story that started accidentally receiving the wrong item. Communication, shipping, packaging was great - easy, timely, the normal stuff but where Jak kicked into high gear was when i opened up the package to see the wrong item. Oops! Jak was amazing! His customer service was fast, polite, customer forward, and honest. This is a phenomenal seller and I will 100% buy from him again!
