After an initial issue of the item not being sent promptly as noted in the posting (2 Day FedEx) and my inquiry to the Seller as to the status and them figuring out it was not sent properly, but Seller took the initiative to provide a refund for the item, without requesting the item to be returned. This proactive step to correct their error was outstanding customer service. The item later arrived and was as expected.
