problem with the shipping. The stump grinder was late. The wrong shipper was listed. then was given another shipper it was wrong. the tracking # it was a German tracking #. I finely found the shipper, The stump grinder would be delivered the next Friday but came the next day. The seller was great in helping . I would highly recommend this seller. The shipping was the shippers mix up. I posted the shipping problem so if it happens to you, you know the seller will go out of his way to help you.

The ONLY Seller / Vendor that supplies me as ADVERTISED on any website, period !! Nothing more frustrating in receiving something different. Their communications is ABSOLUTELY GREAT, prompt and in detail. I hate to do returns. There is too much BS in the Dewalt world from others, knockoffs, repackaging, kits broken up and items sold individually, let alone the so call counterfeits out there. A waste of my time. This item came properly packaged and quick shipping. I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer.
