Griffith contributed the scenario and an acting role. Please see details below. By the standards of the average silent film this DVD has acceptable quality and is perfectly watchable. Some scenes in Through the Breakers (1909) have a fair image with nitrate damage. The movies are accompanied by quality music that greatly enhances the viewing experience.
