Item is quite beautiful and exactly as described ("like new"). I asked for a return though because the color did not work with my complexion; this seller accepted the return (I paid return postage, as is only fair) and refunded as soon as the seller received the item. I am grateful for this accomodation on such an expensive item, and will purchase from this seller again (as I have several times before) with no concerns about customer service. If you are a buyer, you should do the same!
