I was skeptical to purchase this wig because it was unavailable at any retain store or otherwise. It said it was NEW and I wanted to confirm that this was true. The seller informed me that the wig was from QVC and was a return but had not been worn and came in the original packaging. I already own several of the same wig so I decided to go ahead and try it after assurances that it could be returned. I am happy with the wig and it was sent in a timely fashion and as described.

I am happy with my purchase -but the shipping with USPS was terrible service. My parcel shouldn't have taken 2 weeks to receive. I think this item either got lost or put on the bottom of the pile!!

Not the seller's fault but postal service as it stayed in one place for 12 days and I contacted Ebay and seller. Both were helpful. After which action was helpful to get it back in transit.
