Outstanding customer service! This seller went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. There were several books I wanted and some had offers on them through the eBay seller offer system. I messaged this seller and they created a custom lot just for me to be able to get these books and several others I wanted and be able to combine the shipping. 5 star seller! I was hesitant to order omnibus through eBay, because I assumed it would be much like Amazon where the books are sent with no protection or care in packaging. However this was not the case at all. The seller packaged the book with care, providing multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a box specific to the books dimensions, to ensure little to no movement and protect against dings. The book was exactly as described and the shipping was on time. Will definitely buy again!

The shipping was great as the package arrived safely and on time. The packaging was secure and protected the rare magazine. Alter Ego #149 is hard to find, so the value was well worth it. It was exactly as described—brand new, bagged, and boarded, which I appreciated. It’s clear the seller takes care in packing rare items. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and will definitely buy again if something else catches my interest.
