The engine stand arrived with one wheel larger than the other three, no instructions, and the hardware was scattered throughout the box mixed in with the bubble wrap. The seller sent out another engine stand that had the correct wheels but the hardware was still all throughout the box and there were still no instructions. It was not difficult to assemble though. The seller proved excellent communication and made sure to remedy the problems so I am still providing a positive feedback.

The tool that holds screwdrivers arrived fine, but the stone had a big chip in one corner (see image). It was well packed, in two layers of bubble wrap and inside a cardboard box, but I suspect it suffered an impact from the tool during shipping (the tool was in a bag inside the same cardboard box).. Can you send me a replacement stone? I will be glad to return the chipped one. Please let me know.

Product was delivered in a timely manner and in the condition advertised. Seems like good construction. I have yet to assemble it and see if it works as advertised.
