Written by JOSS WHEDON. Art by KARL MOLINE and ANDY OWENS. Hundreds of years in the future, Manhattan has become a deadly slum, run by mutant crime-lords and disinterested cops. Stuck in the middle is a young girl who thought she had no future, but learns she has a great destiny. In a world so poisoned that it doesn't notice the monsters on its streets, how can a street kid like Fray unite a fallen city against a demonic plot to consume mankind? Joss Whedon, the celebrated creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, brings his vision to the future in this unique tale. As inventive in the comics medium as in that of television or film, Whedon spins a complex tale of a skilled thief coming of age without the help of friends or family, guided only by a demonic Watcher. Softcover, 216 pages, full color. NOTE : Joss Whedon, creator of Fray and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, has been nominated for Nebula, Hugo and Emmy Awards as well as an Oscar! ? All of the first 7 Fray comic books have gone to second printings with the first issue enjoying a third printing! Combined sales have reached over 200,000 copies! ? Fray artist, Karl Moline, has created art for Dark Horse, Marvel, Harris and Crossgen Comics! Fantastic seller and super sales process - highly recommend this seller to everyone. The value I received from this overall sales process was incredible. First, communication was seamless. The shipping process was excellent and right on time. The packaging was quite honestly the most sound I have ever seen for shipping a CGC slab. It was remarkable. The book was exactly as described and perfect. Thanks for caring about all the details and finer points. Look forward to future purchases!

Outstanding transaction! The comic book exceeded all expectations—quality was top-notch, with sharp corners, vibrant colors, and a flawless spine. Condition was exactly as described—near mint and well-preserved. The value for the price was incredible, making this a great addition to my collection. Appearance-wise, it’s a real standout. Seller packaged it with care and shipped quickly. Excellent communication too. I highly recommend this seller to any comic book collector!

Scarce magazine from the '40s with a wonderful article about air racing. It was packed securely and mailed promptly with other items. In this case, the shipper was a bit slow, and the seller quickly intervened and assisted. Very pleased with the purchase. It was as described, with accurate grading and a good value. Great service from this seller, and i wouldn't hesitate to buy from again. My Highest Recommendation!
