Item shipped relatively quickly, but USPS fumbled the transport and after it arrived here in PHX, decided it needed to go to a Colorado processing facility for a few days before sending it back to PHX, where it spent two more days in Snottsdale before they left a note in my mailbox informing me it was ready for pickup at the local branch from hell, which makes the DMV look efficient. But the item is as advertised. Great to see my great grandfather's name on the farmstead his father platted.
